Thank you LivingSocial for introducing me to Leaded Glass Design.  

Located in Cuyahoga Falls, this locally owned glass studio has been in operation for 33 years. Owned and operated by a husband and wife duo, the space offers a variety of glass classes, workshops and certainly glass pieces for purchase. (Click HERE to see class offerings and schedules.) 

My Saturday morning was spent participating in an 1.5 hour intro to Stained Glass class, where I along with 6 others learned to etch, cut glass, and solder using the foil method. 

Though I, along with my friend Heather, were called out many times for our ridiculously bad soldering form… (No surprise there….) we were both happy and impressed that we left with two intact, and almost normal looking stained glass pieces.
